Alumni Interview: Emily Grace Fuller

Two teen girls smiling in Alaska during a summer outdoor adventure camp“100 percent Adventure Treks set me up for what I want to do for the rest of my life.” – Emily Grace Fuller

Adventure Treks takes incredible honor in facilitating unforgettable outdoor adventures for teenagers. Our trips sow a passion for the outdoors, provide opportunities for immense self-discovery in the backcountry, and create friendships that last long after the tents are packed up. The imprint made is deeply-rooted, and the flowers of personal growth continue to bloom throughout the entirety of our students’ lives.

For alum Emily Grace Fuller, who joined us for Yellowstone Teton Adventure in 2018 and Alaska Expedition in 2021, Adventure Treks established a foundation of outdoor appreciation that she has now incorporated into her career as a lead behavioral specialist at a residential treatment facility in Atlanta, GA—all while pursuing her degree in psychology at Kennesaw State University.

Under the stars of Yellowstone National Park years ago, Emily Grace discovered her true passions and has now beautifully blended them together in both her personal and professional life. In this interview with AT marketing and admissions coordinator Daria, Emily Grace recounts her fondest memories and the many lessons and skills she learned during her time with Adventure Treks.
