Marketing and admissions coordinator

Are you excited about helping families discover life-changing outdoor experiences? Adventure Treks is hiring a full-time Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to lead digital marketing and social media content, connect with prospective families, and support our programming. This position will start in September 2025.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

Operations manager – employee engagement

Do you love building relationships and helping outdoor adventure field instructors experience meaningful personal growth in their career? Adventure Treks is hiring a full-time Operations Manager focused on Employee Engagement to lead the recruiting, acquisition, and onboarding efforts for our seasonal field instructor team. This position will start in September 2025.

This person will lead the seasonal staffing process from beginning to end and cultivate long-term, positive relationships with our field instructor team. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for building community through outdoor adventure and a knack for connecting with a diverse group of people (both over the phone and in person) on a meaningful level. The operations manager should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and genuinely helping facilitate incredible outdoor and travel experiences for our clients.

For the right candidate, there may be the opportunity for more travel and/or field work in the summer.

Operations coordinator – logistics

Do you love planning complex outdoor adventure trips, solving logistical puzzles, and creating relationships with other professionals in the outdoor industry? Adventure Treks is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator focused on Logistics to lead the planning process for our outdoor adventure teen and family camps and adult trips. This position will start in September 2025.

This person will manage the permitting and reporting process; campsite and campground reservations; communication with third-party outfitters and guides; create summer manuals for field staff; manage trip menus; and collaborate on planning our yearly staff orientation. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for building community through outdoor adventure, the ability to independently solve problems, and a knack for creating exciting outdoor trip itineraries for all ages. The operations manager should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to help facilitate incredible outdoor and travel experiences for our clients.
