Instructor
Joe comes to Adventure Treks all the way from Devon, England. Most recently, he was a teaching assistant at a primary school, where he also directed a school play! He’s also been a basketball coach, part-time teacher, high ropes instructor, and hiking instructor.
- Education: University of Bath, currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sports management and coaching
- Certification: Wilderness first responder
- Favorite outdoor memory: Summiting Rotbatchlspitze (9,504 feet) with my brother on our first solo expedition.
- Favorite outdoor achievement: Completing the Traumpfad (Dreamway) thru-hike across Austria.
- Favorite hobbies: Hiking, climbing, camping, running (trail and road), photography, writing, canoeing and any/all sports.
- Favorite place you’ve traveled: The Swedish lake systems
- What are you most excited about this summer? The mountains and meeting new people!
